following the purchase of 1,500,000 shares in the Company on 15 July 2003,
AMVESCAP PLC and subsidiary companies, on behalf of discretionary clients, are
now interested in 9,795,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately
11.5 per cent. of the issued share capital.
