                               Additional Listing


The Board announces that, pursuant to an authority granted on 2nd September,
2002, the Company has placed 13,714,285 new ordinary shares of 1p each at 1.75p
per share, raising gross proceeds of #240,000, to be used for working capital
purposes.


Application will be made for the admission of 13,714,285 new ordinary shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market.


The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company
and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 2nd
September, 2003.
