(“Bri-Chem” or “Company”) (TSX:BRY), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids is pleased to announce it has expanded its footprint in the USA drilling fluids market by adding two new strategically located warehouses for distribution of drilling fluid products in Oklahoma, USA. Bri-Chem has opened a new drilling fluids warehouse in Woodward, Oklahoma to service and supply the northern and central areas of the STACK and reach the Texas Panhandle. The second warehouse is located in Ada, Oklahoma which will enable Bri-Chem to service the Arkoma Basin for the first time.  

These new facilities will enhance Bri-Chem’s ability to service our existing customers and it will open up new customers within both of these areas.  With the addition of these new warehouses, the Company now operates a total of 17 warehouses in the USA.
