(the "Corporation") announced the results of matters voted upon at
its annual and special meeting of shareholders held April 20, 2017. Shareholders holding an aggregate
of 176,118,431 common shares (66.51% of outstanding shares) were
present or represented by proxy at the meeting.
All nominated directors were elected with voting results

At the meeting, shareholders also voted: (i) to approve the
appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the auditors of the
Corporation; (ii) to ratify and approve the adoption of the
Corporation's Restricted Share Unit Plan, together with the grant
of Restricted Share Units made under the plan prior to the Meeting;
(iii) to confirm the adoption of By-Law No. 2 of the Corporation to
increase the quorum requirement for meetings of shareholders to two
persons representing not less than 25% of the outstanding shares of
the Corporation entitled to vote at the meeting; and (iv) to accept
the approach to executive compensation disclosed in the Management
Information Circular of the Corporation dated March 1, 2017.
