TORONTO, March 21, 2023 /CNW/ - Fire & Flower Holdings Corp.  ("Fire & Flower" or the "Company") (TSX: FAF) (OTCQX: FFLWF) will release its financial and operational results for the 48-week fiscal year and 9-week fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022, before financial markets open on March 28, 2023.

Fire & Flower's fiscal year and fourth quarter financial and operational results will be available on SEDAR and on the Company's website at https://investors.fireandflower.com. 

Following the release of the results, Fire & Flower will host a conference call with Stéphane Trudel, Chief Executive Officer, John Chou, Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Bolivar, EVP Commercial and Growth at 8:00 a.m. ET on March 28, 2023.
