**PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR**

Summary: The Project Administrator assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from client, Subcontractors, suppliers/etc, general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

**What we offer**:

- $32.50 to $36.50 per hour based on experience (8:00am to 4:30pm daily, Monday to Friday)

**SHIFTER**

**Position Summary**
Shifters oversee and direct the operation of the entire project in collaboration with the Project Manager - specifically overseeing, directing and managing the performance of all workers and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. Shifters communicate extensively with the Project Manager to define project needs and oversee project performance.

Processing Operator

We are currently seeking a Processing Operator - Metal and Mineral Products to join our growing team within the Thompson/Nicola region. This position is located 30min from Merritt and/or 30min from West Kelowna. This is not a camp position and must provide own transportation.

**Job Summary**:The Processing Operator - Metal and Mineral Products is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to crush and grind materials. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues. Championing our safety culture by adhering to Safe Work procedures and PPE policies.
