Canada's largest book, gift and
specialty toy retailer today announced the voting results from its
Annual and Special Meeting held on July 11,
2019 in Toronto. The total number of shares
represented in person or by proxy at the meeting was 25,249,159
representing 93.05% of Indigo's issued and outstanding Common
Shares. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of
business, including the election of each of the nine nominee
directors as shown below:
