notice that the Annual General and Special Meeting (the "Meeting")
of the holders of common shares ("Common Shares") of the
Corporation will be held at the Metterra Hotel on Whyte, 10454 82
Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T6E 4Z7, on
the 11th day of May 2023
at the hour of 8:00 a.m. MDT. The
date for determination of the shareholders entitled to receive
Notice of the Meeting and vote shall be holders of Common Shares of
the Corporation of record at the close of business on April 4, 2023.
The Company today also announced that Mr. Cory Janssen has expressed his intent not to
stand for re-election at the Company's next Annual General and
Special Meeting of Shareholders.
