VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 24, 2014) - NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Madison Pacific Properties Inc. (TSX:MPC) (TSX:MPC.C) has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.0525 per share payable on February 25, 2014 to holders of Class B voting common shares and Class C non-voting shares of record at the close of business on February 7, 2014. The dividend is considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
