PXS Invesco FTSE RAFI US Fundamental Index ETF II

TORONTO, June 20, 2017 /CNW/ - Invesco today announced the June 2017 distributions for its PowerShares exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Unitholders of record on June 29, 2017 will receive cash distributions payable on July 10, 2017. Details of the "per-unit" distribution amounts are as follows:

¹ On January 12, 2017, the following name and ticker changes were made: PowerShares Senior Loan (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (BKL) became PowerShares Senior Loan Index ETF (BKL.F), PowerShares Fundamental High Yield Corporate Bond (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (PFH) became PowerShares Fundamental High Yield Corporate Bond Index ETF (PFH.F), PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (ULV) became PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Index ETF (ULV.F), PowerShares U.S. Fundamental (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (PXU) became PowerShares U.S. Fundamental Index ETF (PXU.F), PowerShares QQQ (CAD Hedged) Index ETF (QQC) became PowerShares QQQ Index ETF (QQC.F) and PowerShares FTSE RAFI U.S. Fundamental Index ETF (PXS) became PowerShares FTSE RAFI U.S. Fundamental Index ETF II.

On May 11, 2017, two additional series were offered on PowerShares Senior Loan Index ETF (BKL.F): BKL.C (CAD unhedged) and BKL.U (USD).

² A ticker symbol ending with ".U" represents U.S.-dollar-denominated units. Distributions are paid in U.S. dollars. U.S.-dollar-denominated units do not provide a currency hedge between the Canadian dollar and the U.S. dollar.

The tax composition of the PowerShares ETFs' distributions will be determined on an annual basis and will be available only after the PowerShares ETFs' tax year-end.
