mission-critical wireless networks, is pleased to announce that
Jane Todd will join the Company as
its new Chief Financial and Operating Officer ("CFOO") effective
May 9, 2016.
Ms. Todd, a CPA, CA has been consulting for the past several
years at various companies including Redline. She brings
public company and merger and acquisition experience to the
Company, and will be responsible for the management and direction
of the company's finance, accounting, operations, quality,
administration, and IT organization.

drive to sustained profitability and growth. Her knowledge of the
Company and our industry will make her a great addition to our
senior leadership team," said Rob
Williams, Redline's CEO.
Ms. Todd's career spans more than 20 years of continuously
expanding responsibility, predominantly in the technology and
manufacturing sectors. She spent eight years at SMTC
Corporation a global electronics manufacturer as CFO. She is a CPA,
CA and holds a MBA from the Schulich School of Business at
Toronto's York University and she currently serves on the
Board of Women in Communications and Technology (WCT). Ms.
Todd replaces former CFO George
Kypreos, who will leave the company on May 6, 2016.
The Company also announces the promotion of Joan Ritchie to VP Finance, Corporate Controller
and Sky Zhou as Director, Finance.
Ms. Ritchie has led Redline's finance team since 2011 and has been
instrumental in developing Redline's internal controls over
financial reporting and cost management. In his role as
Finance Manager, Mr. Zhou has been instrumental in streamlining
Redline's systems and increasing the timeliness of Redline's
reporting to shareholders.
