SNC-Lavalin's Operations & Maintenance division expands its service offering MONTREAL, Oct. 6, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance, the operations and maintenance division of SNC-Lavalin , has signed an agreement to acquire Arcturus Realty Corporation (Arcturus). The completion of the acquisition is subject to the meeting of customary conditions. If all of the conditions are met, the acquisition is expected to be completed by November 30.
