SNC) acknowledges the Federal Crime Court of Switzerland's acceptance of guilty pleas
entered by Riadh Ben Aissa earlier
today in connection with certain criminal charges. SNC-Lavalin is
pleased to have been recognized as an injured party in these
proceedings and to have recovered certain amounts of money from Mr.
Ben Aissa while preserving the
Company right to assert other civil claims against Mr. Ben Aissa in the future, including for the
recovery of additional funds.
