TransGlobe Energy Corporation ("TransGlobe") (TSX: TGL)(NASDAQ:
TGA) today filed its Annual Information Form (the "AIF"), audited
consolidated financial statements and related management's
discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2009 with
Canadian securities regulatory authorities and its Annual Report
for the year ended December 31, 2009 on Form 40-F with the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The AIF
includes TransGlobe's reserves information on National Instrument
51-101 forms F1, F2 and F3.
