BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect
subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), today announced today
the second quarter 2010 cash distributions for the iShares funds
listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June
29, 2010 will receive cash distributions payable on June 30, 2010.
