BlackRock Announces Third Quarter Cash Distributions for the iShares(R) Funds

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary
of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the third quarter 2010 cash
distributions for the iShares funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Unitholders of record on September 29, 2010 will receive cash distributions
payable on September 30, 2010. Details of the "per unit" distribution amounts
