RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL (BOVESPA: MMXM3) (TSX: XMM), in
compliance with article 157 of Law 6,404/76 and CVM Instruction
358, of January 3 2002, hereby informs that the Board of Directors
of MMX approved today the Company's new business plan. MMX's new
business plan was made in accordance with studies carried out by
the Company and consultants with a view of estimating the capital
expenditures required by and the production capacity of the MMX
Sudeste System, which has been created as a result of recent
acquisitions made by the Company.
The new business plan is available at the CVM database and on
the Company's website www.mmx.com.br
