Arehada Lists on NEX and Appoints New Director

Arehada Mining Limited ("Arehada" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AHD.H)
announces that, further to its press release of April 11, 2011, the Company
obtained listing on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange on May 24, 2011
under the simple AHD.H. Trading in the Company's securities remains suspended
under the cease trade orders of the Ontario Securities Commission and the
British Columbia Securities Commission dated April 18, 2011 and April 8, 2011,
respectively, for failure to file the audited financial statements and related
MD&A for the year ended December 31, 2010. The Company is in the process of
completing the audit for the 2010 year and expects to file the audited financial
statements and related MD&A on or about June 22, 2011.
The Company also announces that its board of directors appointed Mr. Graham
Warren as a director, effective as of April 29, 2011. Mr. Warren has been the
Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation since May 2007. Mr. Warren will also
be a non-independent member of the audit committee, along with the two
independent members, Mr. Philip Chen and Mr. Sam Baker.
