Automated Benefits Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: AUT) is
pleased to announce that they will be holding their Annual and
Special Meeting on June 2, 2011. The meeting will be held at the
offices of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, located at 333 Bay
Street, 24th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2T6 and will begin at
11:30 a.m. Any and all holders of common shares of the Corporation
as at the close of business on the Record Date, which was May 2,
2011, will be entitled to vote at this meeting. For more
