Exercise of Options and additional listing



The company announce that, pursuant to the Unapproved Auto Indemnity Group PLC
Share Option Scheme, eligible employees have exercised options over 110,004
Ordinary Shares of 10p in the company at a price of 19p.



Accordingly application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of
110,004 Ordinary shares of 10p in Auto Indemnity Group PLC ("the Company"). The
shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
share capital of the Company and trading is expected to commence on Wednesday
January 21st.  Following this listing the number of shares in issue will be
61,198,688.
