Cadiscor Resources Inc. ("Cadiscor") (TSX VENTURE:CAO)(FRANKFURT:DQN) announces
that the Board of directors of Cadiscor has granted on June 18th, 2008, stock
options to purchase an aggregate of 1,155,000 common shares of Cadiscor at an
exercise price of $0.435 per share to Cadiscor's employees, officers and
directors. The grant of such stock options was made pursuant to the stock option
plan of Cadiscor. The granted options will expire on June 17, 2013.
