CLW.P Carlaw Capital IV Inc.

Carlaw Capital Corp. (renamed Nyah Resources Corp.) ("Carlaw") (TSX
VENTURE:CLW.P) today announced the grant of stock options to certain officers
and directors of Carlaw. Options to purchase up to 375,000 common shares were
granted to officers and directors of Carlaw at an exercise price of $0.20 per
share, being the closing price of the common shares as at the close of business
on January 3, 2008. The options shall expire on January 4, 2013.
