Seaview Energy Inc. ("Seaview" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CVU.A) (TSX

General Meeting ("AGM") on Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Calgary at 11am local
time.


The meeting will take place in the Viking A Room of the Calgary Petroleum Club,
319-5th Ave SW, Calgary, AB.

Following the formal meeting, Seaview's President and Chief Executive Officer,
Michael Wuetherick will give a presentation updating shareholders on the
Company's recent activities.

development and production of conventional crude oil and natural gas reserves in
