BLVD Centers Corporation (“BLVD Centers” or the “Company”) (TSXV:CXV), a leading company in the United States addiction recovery industry, today announced it will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders on July 28th, 2017. The record date for the AGM will be June 26th, 2017. BLVD Centers also announced an update to the executive team.

“As the new BLVD Centers, we have new leadership both in management and on the Board, as well as a direction that is focused on growth, profits and shareholder communication,” said Chris Heath, CEO. “There’s been a lot of support from the markets for our new strategy and I am looking forward to our shareholder meeting.”

Additionally, Chris Heath has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer.
