DSP Diamondex Resources Ltd. (Tier1)

DIAMONDEX RESOURCES LTD. (TSX VENTURE:DSP) ("Diamondex") wishes to announce that
it is proposing to amend the expiry date of 1,225,000 outstanding warrants (the
"Warrants") from September 17, 2007, to September 17, 2008, subject to TSX
Venture Exchange approval. The Warrants will remain exercisable into common
shares at a price of $1.25 per common share.
