FUT The Futura Loyalty Group Inc.

The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FUT) (the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it has appointed Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc. ("Spinnaker") as
its capital markets and investor relations advisor. 


The agreement is for an initial term of twelve months from May 15, 2011 to May
14, 2012. Spinnaker's mandate will focus on developing and expanding the network
of investors, analysts, and financial intermediaries who are interested in
following the Futura growth and investment story. The agreement also provides
for a full range of services for a monthly fee of $5,000. The Company has also
granted Spinnaker stock options to purchase 700,000 common shares at an exercise
price of $0.10 pursuant to the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan"). These
options vest on a quarterly basis over a 12 month period and will expire on the
earlier of May 14, 2016 or 90 days after the services agreement terminates. The
agreement, including the option grant, is subject to the approval of the TSX
Venture Exchange.

After giving effect to the above grants, 5,024,520 options will be outstanding
under the Plan. The Company currently has 164,014,411 common shares issued and
outstanding.
