Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr. Ping
Chan as Chairman and a director of the Company, effective
immediately.
Mr. Chan has been a shareholder of the Company
for some time, and his main objective is to advance the
Company.
Mr. Ping Chan
completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from
University of Calgary and obtained his
Professional Engineer certification in 1980. He pursued
further upgrading at the University of
Alberta and Guangzhou Medical University. He has in
excess of 30 years of diversified, professional experience in
Canada and in China. Presently, he is the Chairman of Pan
Pacific Mining, a privately held company based in Carcross, Yukon Territory, and has gold
properties located mainly in Yukon.
In addition, the Company announces that
Gerry Gauthier and Chuck Allen have resigned from the Board of
Directors of the Company.

Canada) by taking advantage of
