Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Michael Boyles as Vice President, Business Development.

Mr. Boyles brings to Gemini extensive experience as a senior business
development and marketing leader. His expertise and track record for client
relationship development and marketing initiatives designed to generate both
revenue and profit growth will be of significant value to the Corporation.
Michael will provide leadership for strengthening existing client relationships
and pursuing new client opportunities to fulfill his mandate to expand Gemini's
presence in its target markets. He will also be collaborating with the rest of
the team to provide strategic direction on various service offering enhancements
planned for this year.

Although 2011 finished below expectations, the Corporation is starting 2012 with
a solid backlog of work across all operations and efforts are continuing to
strengthen this position even further. Combining this workload with the
operational improvements implemented through 2011 will position the organization
well to achieve its objective of improved profitability in 2012.

Upon hiring, Mr. Boyles was granted 150,000 options to purchase Gemini common
shares at an exercise price of $0.22 per share. Under the terms of Gemini's
option plan, the options are valid for four years and vest one-third immediately
and the remainder at one-third on each of the next two grant date anniversaries.
