Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GRI) (the "Company") reports that the TSX
Venture Exchange has consented to extend the expiry date of warrants to purchase
up to 8,625,000 common shares by one-year at an exercise price of $0.20 per
share until July 25, 2012, issued in connection with a non-brokered private
placement completed in March 2009.


Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company that has
assembled a leading group of industry professionals to acquire and explore for
promising deposits in Mexico and British Columbia.
