Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the "Company") is granted acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed in August 2009. The warrants will be extended by one (1) year from the expiry date.

As a result of the Exchange acceptance, the Company will extend the expiry date of 2,479,412 share purchase warrants to August 24, 2012.

Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company that has assembled a leading group of industry professionals to acquire and explore for promising deposits in Mexico and British Columbia.
