Galore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GRI) (the "Company") announces that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has granted its acceptance to extend warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement completed in September, 2010. The warrants will be extended by one (1) year from the expiry date.

As a result, the Company will extend the expiry date of 10,250,000 share purchase warrants to September 20, 2012. The exercise price is $0.30 per warrant.

Galore Resources is a British Columbia-based exploration company that has assembled a leading group of industry professionals to acquire and explore for promising deposits in Mexico and British Columbia.
