HALMONT PROPERTIES CORPORATION (TSX-V: HMT) announced today that net income to common shareholders for the three months ended March 31, 2019 was $626,000 as compared to net income of $ 486,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2018.

Subsequent to March 31, 2019, Halmont purchased a commercial office building located at 401 Yonge Street in Toronto, Ontario for $19.75 million.

The book value of each common share, based on the Company’s December 31, 2018 IFRS appraisals and including the net income earned in the first quarter, was 51¢ per share as at March 31, 2019.
