announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for
approval to extend the exercise date for the 9,499,999 outstanding
warrants issued in November 2013 in
conjunction with a private placement.
The 9,499,999 warrants due to expire on November 7, 2015 will be extended to November 7, 2017. There is no change to the
original exercise price of $0.45.
Of this total number, two Company insiders hold a total of
8,866,666 warrants.
