Jetcom to List on CNSX and Delist from TSXV

Jetcom Inc. ("Jetcom" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: JTM)(to be
CNSX: JTM)
Jetcom announces that it has received final approval to list its
common shares on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under
the same symbol "JTM". The Company has received approval to
voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange
effective at the close of business Monday May 16, 2011. The Company
will continue trading on the CNSX on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at the
opening of business and expects that the transition between the
TSXV and the CNSX will be completed in a seamless manner.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange, the CNSX, nor their respective
Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the
policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for
the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
