Asantae Holdings International Inc. (TSX-V: JVA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Lundell to its board of directors and as its Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Lundell also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Asantae.

Mr. Lundell is a founding shareholder of Asantae and, in recent months, has provided significant executive leadership. Asantae's Chairman, the Honourable John Reynolds, is excited about Mr. Lundell's increased responsibilities. "Under Dan's guidance, Asantae has crafted a path to growth with RealW8. Asantae also announces that it has granted 730,000 incentive stock options to certain employees of the company, including 250,000 options granted to an officer and director of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.16 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
