Kane Biotech Inc. (TSX-V:KNE) (the “Company” or “Kane Biotech”) announces today that it has entered into an amending agreement with Pivot Financial I Limited Partnership (“Pivot”) to the amended and restated credit agreement between the Company and Pivot dated August 31, 2021, extending the maturity date of its credit facility from January 31, 2023 to February 28, 2023. Kane and Pivot are working towards finalizing a longer term extension to the credit facility and this extension provides time for that to be completed.
