Kaizen Discovery (TSX VENTURE:KZD) today announced the appointment of John
Bradford, P.Geo., as the company's Chief Geologist, effective immediately. Mr.
Bradford will provide geological oversight to the company's exploration programs
at the Tanzilla and Aspen Grove projects in Canada, the Fairholme Project in
Australia and the Ebende Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mr. Bradford joins Kaizen from B.C.-based West Cirque Resources, where he was
Vice President, Exploration, and a Director. West Cirque Resources was acquired
by Kaizen in an all-share transaction that closed on July 7, 2014.

Mr. Bradford has more than 28 years of exploration experience with various
private and public mineral exploration companies, including Paget Resources,
Pembrook Mining, West Range Exploration, Curragh Resources, Southwestern
Resources, Lake Shore Gold and Freeport-McMoRan. He has an M.Sc. (Geology) from
the University of British Columbia (1988) and is a Professional Geoscientist
(APEGBC, 1993). He has worked extensively in Canada, Mexico and South America
with the BC Geological Survey and several major and junior exploration
companies. His main area of expertise is prospect evaluation and regional
targeting for porphyry, epithermal, magmatic, volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS)
deposits and carbonate-replacement systems.

"The opportunity to add members of West Cirque's in-house technical team was one
of the key drivers in Kaizen's acquisition of West Cirque," said Kaizen
President and Chief Executive Officer B. Matthew Hornor.

"We are very pleased to add John to our management team. He has a long and
successful track record as a prospect generator and his depth of mineral
exploration experience and management skills will be a great asset as we move
forward with our exploration and corporate development plans."

Mr. Bradford's appointment is subject to customary approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
