Marketvision Direct, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MKT) (the "Company") announces that it
has granted to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company
incentive stock options for the purchase an aggregate of 1,605,000 common shares
of the Company, exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.10 per
common share. The options were granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's
stock option plan. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are
subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant.
