today that Mr. Thomas Loch has resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer
of the Company, effective December 31st, 2012. Mr. Loch was a founder of the
Company, and had been its President & C.O.O. since December 2009. He remains a
director of the Company. In announcing Mr. Loch's resignation, Lindsay Semple,
the Company's Chief Executive Officer, thanked him for his service as both
President & COO.
