Decade Resources Ltd. ("Decade") (TSX VENTURE:DEC) and Mountain Boy Minerals
Ltd. ("Mountain Boy") (TSX VENTURE:MTB) are pleased to provide an update for the
Red Cliff project in Northwestern British Columbia. Seventy three holes were
completed and assays were received for most holes up to and including DDH-12-61.
The remaining core and portions of core have been logged, cut and shipped for
assay.

It has been decided to produce a more complete analysis of the cores that
include silver and base metal values. This will provide a more detailed analysis
and be more effective to prepare for the upcoming 43-101 calculations. The
Companies are also working on a complete list of all intersections greater than
1 g/t. Receipt of only portions of drill holes from DDH-12 and Mon-50-61 have
delayed completion of this list, as well as the additional and more detailed
assay requirement.

Ed. Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101,
is in charge of the exploration program on behalf of the Companies and
responsible for the contents of this release. Mr. Kruchkowski has conducted all
the exploration on this property from 2007 to present.
