New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") announces that D. Bruce McLeod has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company.

Mr. McLeod has indicated that he wishes to devote more time to his new role as President and CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd., which recently closed a business combination with Creston Moly Corp. on June 22, 2011.
