Newlook Industries Corp. ("Newlook" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NLI) announces that it has filed its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended September 30, 2010, along with associated management discussion and analysis.

The Company continues to work with the TSXV on its reinstatement review process, which was initiated in order to recommence trading of its shares. Trading in Newlook's securities had been suspended on July 2, 2010 as a result of a cease trade order ("CTO") that was originally imposed by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") due to the late filing of the Company's financial statements earlier this year. On September 1, 2010, the Company was granted a full revocation of the CTO by the OSC as its filings were brought up to date during August 2010.

Newlook will continue to keep the market informed of any material corporate developments as they occur.
