10m shares that had been issued restricted several months ago were turned into Unrestricted, and on top of that, an extra 50m shares were issued Unrestricted

I'm thinking they will file and simultaneously file to r/s. Giving us a very short window. A reverse split isn't a bad thing if they are actually ready to move forward. The past bad debt and the upcoming due notes suggest more dilution. Seriously, the stock price does not effect business operations.
