announce that the common shares of Orleans will commence trading on the Toronto
Stock Exchange on June 25, 2008, under the Company's existing trading symbol
"OEX". As of market close today, June 24, 2008, the common shares of Orleans
will no longer trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
