Potash North Resource Corporation ("Potash North" or the "Company")
(TSX VENTURE: PON) is pleased to announce that Boyd Petro Search of
Calgary, Alberta has informed the Company that data acquisition
from the 2D seismic survey on the Company's 100% owned KP 416 and
KP 417 permit areas has been completed.
Data processing is currently underway and when finalized will
enable the Company, along with its geological consultants, North
Rim Exploration Ltd., to complete the planning of its initial drill
program.
The drill program will be designed to verify historic drill
results and evaluate other areas in the vicinity of those historic
holes. It is currently anticipated that this drill program will be
carried out during the coming winter season.
Potash North is well positioned to aggressively pursue its
exploration programs with a current cash position of approximately
$31 million.
Potash North is a Vancouver based company engaged in the
acquisition, exploration and potential development of two potash
exploration permits (KP 416 and 417) located north of and adjacent
to the producing Esterhazy Mine permits of Mosaic Corp. in
southeastern Saskatchewan.
