Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) and Nuspire
announced today that they are launching a new high-value service for automotive
dealerships. Quorum delivers its dealership management system (DMS),
XSellerator(TM), and related services to automotive dealerships throughout North
America. Now, Quorum will offer its dealership customers Nuspire's network
security monitoring services as an addition to its network gateway solutions.


Network security is of increasing concern to businesses across North America.
Dealerships, in particular, can be vulnerable to intrusions due to the sensitive
and private data that they store within their internal systems. Many
governmental and industry regulations also require specific network security
compliance, which includes proactive monitoring for protection from the latest
threats and intrusion attempts.


Quorum already offers a gateway solution to its customers, providing the
necessary technology foundations for dealerships to maintain a secure network.
The new services offer proactive monitoring and maintenance, known as "Security
Monitoring as a Service" (SMaaS). The new service is available for a minimal
monthly fee and without any upfront costs to Quorum customers.
