QuStream Corporation Announces Resignation of Neil Reid from its Board of Directors

QuStream Corporation ("QuStream" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:

broadcast solutions that facilitated NBC's comprehensive coverage
of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, today announced that Neil Reid has
resigned as director of the Company effective October 31, 2008.
Neil has been a director of the Company since 2004.

contribution to QuStream. Neil has advised me his decision to
resign is part of his overall plan to remove himself from such
positions as his retirement nears. I wish him all the best in his

QuStream has initiated a search to identify a replacement.
