The Company announces that David Priestley, Chairman of Raft International, has
today sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 12 pence per share.
Following this disposal David Priestley holds 12,623,945 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 19.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
