Hardwick and Guy Heywood from
the Board of Directors, effective February
20, 2014. ROR's Board of Directors would like to
take this opportunity to thank Mr. Hardwick, who also acted as the
Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Heywood for their invaluable
contribution during their terms and wish them all success in their
future endeavors.
