SolidusGold Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: “SDC”)
announces the resignation of Steven Kahn as a director of the
Company for personal reasons.
“On behalf of the Company and the Board, I would
like to thank Steve for serving on our Board over the past several
years. Steve has been an integral part of Solidus from the
beginning and we will miss his always balanced views and keen
business sense. We wish him well all the best in his future
endeavors,” said Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, Chairman of the Board.
